    LoyaltyTech (Loyalty Technology Pty Ltd) is a privately held company founded in 2004.  We develop business and technology solutions that make it easy for your customers to do business with you.  We have extensive practical experience with world-wide brand-name companies, and our vision is to translate this experience into cost-effective, no-nonsense, best-practice systems for Australian businesses.

    Our management team is headed by:

    Matt Hampshire (http://linkedin.com/in/mjhampshire) has 20 years IT industry experience specializing in software and services with companies such as Oracle, Informix and Blue Martini Software.  Matt’s industry exposure includes manufacturing, telecommunications, finance, education and government, but his predominate focus for the past 10 years is retail, having owned and managed retail business and designed and delivered a variety of solutions for the retail industry.  Matt’s customers include Woolworths, Telstra, Jeanswest, Lonely Planet, Coles Myer and Jaycar.

    Matt has a solid grounding in IT having started his career in technical support roles after obtaining a Computer Science degree from RMIT.  He held a variety of sales positions before starting the Australian subsidiary of Blue Martini software, an eCommerce and CRM software provider, and later founding LoyaltyTech.  

    Matt is passionate about the role technology can play in improving customer service, and how customer engagement can drive customer loyalty and business success.  Born in Portland, Victoria, Matt is a committed Geelong Cats fan and has resided in Sydney for nearly 20 years.

    Joe Woods has 13 years of professional experience in Information Technology consulting, systems architecture, ERP, ecommerce, CRM, customer marketing and analytics and customer loyalty systems.  Joe has led all phases of project implementation including business analysis, project management, design, development, implementation and QA.  

    Joe has extensive experience with multi-channel retail, having worked with major retailers to integrate customer channels such as store (bricks and mortar), web, call-center, and marketing; as well as back-office systems such as order management, warehouse and ERP.  

    Joe’s customers include The Men’s Wearhouse (B2B), Wilson Sporting Goods (B2B, contact center, loyalty program, marketing), Coles Myer (B2C), Woolworths (B2C, loyalty analytics, B2B order management), Hot Topic Inc (B2C, loyalty), Sephora USA Inc (loyalty marketing), as well as stints with Harley Davidson, Kohls Department Stores, Masco Corporation, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Universal Oil Products and Ameritech.

    Joe is Chicago born and bred, a huge Chicago Bears fan, and now resides in Sydney.
